Shwan Qaradaghi oversees all of Five One Labs' training programs in Iraq, provides curriculum oversight, and serves as a business advisor to the entrepreneurs in the program. He has strong knowledge and expertise in how entrepreneurs may successfully access funding and investment opportunities.

He leads management and the day-to-day implementation of programs and the implementation team, ensuring project objectives are achieved. Shwan is also a business trainer with strong facilitation and training skills.

He holds an MBA in International Management and Leadership from Hochschule Furtwangen University (HFU), a Diploma in Accounting and Finance (DAF) and a PMP certificate holder. Shwan Qaradaghi also leads in ensuring that work plans and project management functions occur at the highest quality.
