After holding various roles within the company Simrit Sandhu took over the Kapsch Group accelerator Factory1. The purpose of this program is to facilitate a fruitful collaboration between high-potential startups and Kapsch business units and their experts. Before joining the company in 2016 she graduated with a MBA and Master’s degree in 2015 and has been very active in the Austrian startup ecosystem.
