The native Australian has been been facilitating and moderating groups and events all over the world since age 17. From the Rise Up Festival in Cairo, to DNX Global in Berlin and TEDx events all over Austria.

Based on her experiences supporting to build the startup ecosystem in Austria she started her consultancy [re:wired] through which she coaches startups in their rapid growth phase. Focusing on organisational and team dynamics.

Her entrepreneurial and human approach led her to be nominated as a “Young Global Shaper” by the World Economic Forum and start the initiative chancen:reich, one of Europe's largest career & job fair for refugees.
