Taonga Grace Banda is a technical advisor in digitalization and entrepreneurship with experience in both the private and NGO sectors. Her background and experience is in entrepreneurship and innovation. She is driven by her goal to ‘positively impact economic growth by improving the quality of life for marginalized Zambians through entrepreneurship and innovation’.

This passion led to the creation of InnoGen - Innovative Generation. InnoGen’s  goal is to facilitate innovative, holistic and practical approaches to local entrepreneurship with a focus on process, product and business model innovation which leads to impactful businesses and improved livelihoods.
