Tatiana is co-founder and Executive Catalyst of ideiaLab, Lda, a Mozambican social enterprise focused on SME´s development and on the promotion of entrepreneurship and innovation in Mozambique.
As part of her role as Executive Catalyst she is responsible for the strategic direction, public relations and business development of the organisation. With a growing team, her focus is primarily on the leadership and co-ordination of activities, but both still work hands on to broker, design and implement the ideiaLab impact programs and to deliver training and mentoring to young entrepreneurs across the country and the region.
Tatiana holds a degree in Human Resources from ISCTE (Lisbon, Portugal) and an MBA from Curtin University (Perth, Australia). She is a 2014 Mandela Washington Fellow, having participated in a Business & Entrepreneurship course, at Northwestern University, in Chicago. She is a FEMTECH Certified Master Trainer and has certification in a variety of tools for decision-making in start-ups and growing companies (i.e. the GrowthWheel), in Incubator Management (INFODEV) , Startup Weekend Facilitator.
Her theoretical knowledge is grounded in 15 years of experience in business management, business development, and human resources management. She has previously worked as Executive Director at TR & CO, Executive Board Member at TORA Holding and as Senior Consultant at SDO Consultoria and LOD.
As a consultant and trainer she has experience in Mozambique, Rwanda, Tanzania, Malawi and Zambia.
She sits on the of the Young African Leaders Initiative Southern Africa. She is the current Vice President of the Mozambique Business Angels Association and Ambassador of Women’s Entrepreneurship Day for Mozambique and Lusophone Africa.
