Toni Paju is a Finnish entrepreneur and environmental engineer, specializing in digital transformation for cities through gamified crowdsourcing. He is the Founder and CEO of Crowdsorsa, a platform that enables citizens to contribute to urban maintenance, environmental monitoring, and infrastructure management via mobile gameplay.

With over 15 years of experience in environmental consulting and infrastructure assessment, Toni has led more than 100 projects across Europe, combining GIS expertise, project leadership, and community engagement. Under his leadership, Crowdsorsa has received international recognition, including the 2025 World Summit Award in the Environment and Green Energy category. Toni received the Sustainable Development Prize of the World Road Association in 2015.

He is passionate about bridging technology, data, and citizen participation to create more sustainable and efficient cities.
