In addition to her role as an executive leader, she serves as Chair and Non-Executive Director, where she brings governance expertise, commercial insight, and strategic oversight to organizations within the technology, investment, and innovation sectors.

Additionally, Yemi was the pioneering Managing Director and CEO of the Edo State Directorate of Information Communications & Technology Agency, where she led transformative digital initiatives that modernized public sector operations, improved governance, and enhanced service delivery.
