Digital Passport is a learning platform developed for the New Zealand Ministry of Social Development to assist people without digital skills. The free, video-based Digital Passport platform assists people with little formal education, those over 55 years or mothers returning to the workforce. It also addresses cultural minorities building digital capability and confidence. Courses are non-intimidating, with easy-to-understand content, simple multiple quizzes, and recognition badges for success. The Digital Passport closes significant gaps for over 200,000 clients who cannot participate fully in the economy and society due to a lack of basic digital skills.

Digital Passport has been recognized by WSA as exemplary in helping meet the UN SDGs, and for it's role in empowering the citizens of New Zealand it was given the WSA Award in Government & Citizen Engagement.
