Impulso Previne is a groundbreaking digital solution transforming Brazil’s public healthcare system by turning SUS data into actionable insights that save lives. The open-source platform analyzes electronic medical records in real time, providing healthcare professionals with dashboards to prioritize care, while sending personalized WhatsApp reminders to patients for preventive exams and follow-ups. Operating in over 240 municipalities and monitoring 2.9 million people, it has increased adherence to cervical cancer screening by up to 138% and improved prenatal and maternal health. With modular integration, ethical design, and a focus on equity, Impulso Previne strengthens preventive care and embodies Brazilian innovation in public health.
