MOMKEN FOR HER – Empowering Women to Re-enter and Thrive in the Workforce

MOMKEN FOR HER is a social enterprise empowering women in Egypt and the MENA region to rejoin the workforce and build sustainable careers through digital skills, entrepreneurship, and employability programs. It focuses on women aged 25–45 who wish to return or advance after career breaks due to motherhood, relocation, or social barriers. Many face age bias, limited flexible opportunities, and outdated skills. MOMKEN FOR HER provides upskilling, mentoring, and job-matching, helping women rebuild careers confidently. Employers gain access to motivated, pre-trained female talent, closing skill gaps and boosting innovation. By increasing female workforce participation, the platform promotes inclusive growth, social stability, and economic empowerment across communities and national economies.
