Jury Evaluation:

“ is considered a highly innovative and socially valuable project, which offers future prospects for refugees coming to European countries, employers searching for talented workers as well as the wider European society: This project provides new perspectives for refugees, increases their chances to find work and eventually enables them to make a living and thus contribute to the economic well-being of our European societies. At the same time, employers are given the opportunity to find motivated employees which, not only creates great cultural diversity within the company but also facilitates the positive intercultural exchange of knowledge and ideas.
In today´s society, the refugee movement and in particular the successful integration of refugees is one of the most frequently debated political and economic topics. In this respect, we are confident that will contribute significantly to the general European goal of successfully coping with the integration and inclusion of refugees both into our European societies as well as the European labour market.” – EYA Grand Jury Report
