It connects youth with disabilities across 21 categories to tailored training, job placements, and micro-enterprise opportunities, overcoming barriers of accessibility, stigma, and limited education. Available in 12 languages with sign language support and WCAG 2.1 accessibility, the platform enables effortless registration even without smartphones, while AI-driven job matching ensures suitable opportunities. Employers gain access to a talented, diverse workforce, and NGOs, academia, and government programs integrate seamlessly, creating a scalable ecosystem. Since its launch in 2022, SwarajAbility has registered over 265,000 PwDs and 2,800 companies, unlocking $1.6 billion in benefits and opportunities, transforming lives by fostering financial independence, dignity, and social inclusion.
