W2CAD/CAM is short for Waste to Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing.
It utilizes computer-aided design and manufacturing technologies
to recycle waste metals into precision products and raw materials
for industry. Molds, footwear soles, auto parts, machine parts, and CPAP
devices are manufactured from waste. W2CAD/CAM reduces production
costs for Nigerian industries, while protecting the environment by recycling
metals. W2CAD/CAM addresses youth unemployment and engages
Nigerian youth in skill-building in CAD and CAM industries, creating
new job opportunities and tech advancement. It helps achieve SDGs 8,
9, 12 and 13.
