WSA Where Are They Now? – What Happens After the Award, by OSINTech
From WSA to Today: A Lasting Energy
Our time at the WSA Global Congress was truly wonderful. It has been almost two years since then, yet we can still vividly feel the energy of that time. However, we do not feel that energy with a sense of nostalgia, thinking “things were better back then”. Even now, we are shining just as brightly as we were then!
Evolving RuleWatcher
Firstly, we would like to highlight that our service, RuleWatcher, has become significantly easier to use, and its content continues to be steadily enriched.
It is a service that provides up-to-date, fact-based information on global issues—excluding media and fake news—in a single language. Our sources include international organisations, national ministries, and trusted think tanks and NGOs, currently numbering around 2,000 institutions. In addition, the service features a platform called “Study Group Lounge”, where users with shared interests can gather.
The interface has been updated with enhanced functionality, shorter download times, and a mobile app, making it even easier for anyone to access the latest global information. The number of global issues covered has also increased, and there are currently 17 themes.

Responding to a Changing Educational Landscape
One aspect that has changed since then is the enhancement of services aimed at students. Now that generative AI has become part of their daily lives, it has become crucial to have good questions, obtain reliable information, utilise AI without being exploited by it, and possess the intelligence to synthesise the knowledge gained within one’s own mind alongside a sense of ethics to arrive at answers. Both we and the education sector share this sense of urgency, and the number of schools implementing RuleWatcher is increasing.
The Value of the WSA Recognition
Above all, winning the WSA award in 2023, within the Environment and Green Energy category, serves as a constant guarantee that our service is trustworthy. While our long-standing users, including companies and government ministries, already know that our service is highly reliable, those encountering it for the first time may not yet be aware of this. In such cases, the fact that we have won the WSA award provides a significant boost to their motivation to try using RuleWatcher. This is likely to play a major role in our future overseas expansion as well.
Looking Ahead: A More International Future
Since 2025, we have been welcoming interns from many developing countries here at OSINTech, and the company itself is becoming increasingly international. Moving forward, we intend to spare no effort in working alongside our team members and users to realise our vision “one world, rules by everybody”.
We invite you all to become RuleWatcher users and join us on this journey. In the Study Group Lounge, unlike services offered by big tech companies, you can engage in discussions, manage files and schedules, and do so without any concerns. Please feel free to use this space for your organisations and groups.
