Chicko Sousa is a mechanical engineer, specialist in Waste Management, Circular Economy and Short Looping Recycling, and developing recycling processes for the automotive market in several countries. For 21 years in the waste market, since 2011 it has developed startups and projects in the area of sustainability. He is the founder of GreenPlat™, the first Brazilian startup in the environmental field to receive the Pioneer Technology Award, granted by the World Economic Forum. Together with 60 other scientists in the world, he is also a member of the ASaP group, which studies the indicators to be achieved in 2030 for Accelerating Cleaner Production in Industry 4.0.
