Jennifer Corriero is a driver of social innovation and co-founder and Executive Director of TakingITGlobal, a non-profit organization that empowers youth to understand and act on the world’s greatest challenges.

 

She has worked for over a decade on advising non-profit organizations, corporations, government agencies and UN agencies on youth engagement strategies. Jennifer has a Masters in Environmental Studies and has been appointed as Adjunct Professor with the Faculty of Health at York University.

 

In 2011, Jennifer served as a member of the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on Youth Unemployment and was Country Chair for Dignity Day in Canada. In 2012, on behalf of TakingITGlobal, Jennifer received the Intercultural Innovation Award provided by the UN Alliance of Civilizations and BMW Group.
