Pragyee Shrestha is a STEM enthusiast passionate about social impact, working as Product Development Lead at Smart Cheli, a social enterprise working for gender equality in STEM. She identifies the needs of marginalized students and develops localized STEM learning resources to provide hands-on learning experiences that help them develop 21st century skills such as computational thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking. She holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Her passion for gender equality in STEM has led her to become a national focal point for UNICEF South Asia, where she connects female role models in the ICT field to conduct inspiring sessions for adolescent girls to motivate them to see STEM as a career option.
