Wiem is the Corporate Innovation lead at Betacube, in charge of programs design and implementation, corporate innovation strategies, program management, budgeting and operations. As a business professional with more than 5 years in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, Wiem is known for social entrepreneurship and leadership training, Business mentorship skills along with driving society impactful projects and leading creative international advocacy campaigns with world organizations.

 

She holds a Research Master degree in Management of organizations with a focus on NGOs development. She studied social entrepreneurship in the University of Connecticut in the USA and she was an Ashoka Fellow. She is a social innovator, trainer and a civil society consultant having worked across different programs (CIVICUS alliance, Yes4Humanity, IFRC global innovation accelerator, the Mediterranean University, Hult Prize, Enactus...) and many more. She was part of the participatory research: “Youth@Heart-Work for the Future '' supported by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs in partnership with Restless Development.The collected insights from young people across the regions were transformed to principales that have been endorsed live by the @WorldBank, the @UN YOUTH Envoy, @UNICEF, @Unilever during the Youth@Heart virtual forum. Wiem spoke at various international events such UN ECOSOC youth forum 2021, RewiredX, USAID youth engagement webinar series and the ICSW 2019 in Serbia.

 

Apart from her professional career, she is the founder of "Youth For Change" a local youth-led movement working towards sustainable development, social entrepreneurship and youth leadership. She is consistently advocating for sustainable change, fighting corruption within the civil society, climate change and meaningful youth participation in decision-making.
