Global challenges, such as the pandemic, climate change, economic crises, and racial exclusion, needed the involvement of all to take action. New technologies played an essential role in socially organizing and creating an impact in the communities.
After two years of online meetings, the WSA Grand Jury meeting in 2022 finally took place again face-to-face! In cooperation with the WSA partners DTC Indonesia and Bubu, 21 international experts met in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The WSA Grand Jury in 2022 evaluated the WSA Shortlist, which consisted of 15 to 18 projects in each of the eight WSA categories pre-selected by the WSA Online Jury. A moderated and democratic process ultimately led to the selection of the 40 WSA Winners in 2022.
